with Qigong & Yin

Come learn how to form your own energetic cocoon using the practice of qigong & yin yoga. We look for that balanced combination of stability and flexibility for optimal physical health. A similar practice applies to the energy body. In this workshop, we’ll use the movement practice to cleanse, strengthen and regulate the energy body & meditations to connect to, define & protect these energetic layers.
